That’s why we’re looking for our next Grassroots Engagement Director to help us grow and mobilize a powerful network of changemakers across the state.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll be on the front lines of building a grassroots movement by identifying and developing leaders in across North Dakota and helping them turn their passion into impact.

That means:

• Organizing events that bring people together, whether that’s knocking doors, making calls, or hosting creative, high-energy events that engage the public and spark action
• Finding and mentoring people who want to make a difference in their communities
• Equipping them with the tools, training, and resources to advocate for meaningful policy solutions and actually see their efforts lead to real change
• Taking advantage of the freedom to innovate by launching new ideas, building unique events, and creating memorable ways to connect with your community
• Keeping volunteers energized, informed, and ready to act
• Leading canvassing efforts and managing teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively

In short, you’re not just participating in the movement. You’re building it and plugging people into something bigger than themselves.
