While the legal framework is in place and administrative rules are set to take effect on April 1, 2026, the success of this rollout depends on true accessibility. We will be keeping a close watch on the implementation process to ensure that artificial barriers—such as restrictive enrollment caps or authorizer bottlenecks—do not hinder the growth of these schools.
